You can return most Woot! purchases within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the item isn't damaged or defective, the return shipping comes out of your refund. Some things can't go back at all. Here's how it all works, straight from Woot!'s policy.

How to start a return
Some returns you can start yourself, from Stuff You Bought in your Woot! account, where you print your own label. To qualify:
- You ordered within the last 30 days.
- The item cost $20 or more.
- It arrived damaged, defective, or missing accessories.
Everything else goes through Woot!'s Support page, including Shirt.Woot orders, apparel, anything shipped by a freight carrier, and returns of items that work fine but you don't want.
How refunds work
- Fast Refund. Some orders qualify. Woot! processes the refund one business day after you drop the package off with the carrier.
- Everything else. Woot! processes the refund 3 to 5 business days after the package reaches its warehouse.
- If nothing's wrong with it, Woot! deducts the prepaid return shipping from your refund.
- If you say it's defective and it isn't, Woot! may charge a 15% restocking fee, and won't refund the original shipping.
The exceptions

If you return items that qualify for free returns together with items that don't, Woot! may deduct the shipping for the ones that don't.
After 30 days: the warranty
When the return window closes, the warranty takes over. Every deal page has a Warranty line. Some products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which comes first. Others carry Woot!'s own limited warranty, usually 90 days, under which Woot! replaces or refunds a defective product. The warranty depends a lot on the item's condition. Changed your mind right away?
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, from Stuff You Bought, unless you chose expedited shipping or the order includes a Woot-Off item. Woot! can't change the shipping address on an order, so canceling and reordering is the fix for a wrong address, if the deal hasn't sold out.
