Woot! does run promo codes, but only now and then, and almost never the kind that coupon sites list. Real ones are announced by Woot! itself, mostly in its forums, and they're short: often a few days, sometimes a few hours. Most are for Shirt.Woot, for orders in the app, or for Prime members.
What real Woot! promotions look like
A few that Woot! announced in its forums:
| When | Promotion | How it worked |
|---|---|---|
| April 29, 2021 | 10% off in the app, for Prime members | A Prime-exclusive app promotion |
| July 17, 2021 | 10% off any order in the app | Automatic at checkout, for all customers; $20 off at most |
| October 24–28, 2021 | 40% off Shirt.Woot orders, for Prime members | A Prime-exclusive shirt sale |
| June 25–28, 2022 | 45% off 3 or more shirts | Code CRAZYSHIRTS; Shirt.Woot only; no international orders |
| Sept. 12, 2022 | $1 off, for the first 300 people | Code POINTLESS; one per customer; 11 a.m. to midnight Central |
| May 1–4, 2025 | 45% off Shirt.Woot orders | A shirt sale announced in the forums |
The pattern: short windows, set in Central time; often limited to the app, to Shirt.Woot, or to Prime members; usually no international orders; and rarely combinable with other promotions.
Where to find current promotions
- Woot!'s forums. Announcements go up in the forum's Info Desk, which Woot! calls "Mortimer & Monte's Info Desk." (See Woot!'s monkeys.)
- Woot!'s app. Turn on the Marketing notifications to hear about promotions. (See Woot! app notifications.)
- Shirt.Woot's home page, which shows buy-more deals like "5 Shirts for $29 at Checkout." (See Shirt.Woot.)
How to use a code
- Add the qualifying items to your cart. Check the promotion's rules, like a minimum number of shirts.
- Enter the code at checkout. Some promotions apply automatically, with no code.
- If the discount doesn't show up, Woot!'s own tip is to click or tap Use this address so the order page updates.
What to skip
Coupon sites list plenty of "Woot! promo codes," but Woot!'s real ones are short-lived and announced by Woot! itself. If a code isn't from Woot!'s forums, app, or emails, expect it not to work.
The better savings on Woot! are usually built in: free shipping with Prime, deep discounts on the right deals, and Woot-Offs. (See how to get the best deals on Woot!)
Questions
Does Woot! have coupon codes?
Occasionally. Woot! announces them itself, mostly in its forums, and they usually last a few days or less.
Is there a Woot! code for free shipping?
The steady way to get free shipping is Amazon Prime: Prime members get free standard shipping on Woot! orders. (See Amazon Prime on Woot!)
Do Woot! promo codes work in the app?
Some work only in the app. Each promotion's rules say where it applies.
